The Role:

  • Plan and supervise the unit to ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions according to the expected timeline
  • Ensure reports are checked timely
  • Handle and resolve customer/agent enquiries within reasonable and expected timeframe
  • Process policyholder’s application within authority/access given
  • Review existing work procedures and workflow processes and suggest enhancements
  • Review and update SOP documentations
  • Participate and lead in New Product Support development and implementation projects
  • Attend to auditors/BNM queries
  • Ensure processes are adhered to the Business Recovery framework
  • Any ad-hoc responsibilities as necessary

The Person:

  • Possess Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related field(s)
  • Professional qualifications i.e. AMII/ACII, FLI, Six Sigma either trained or certified Green Belt/Black Belt is an added advantage
  • Has minimum 8-10 years of working experience, with 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to translate business challenges into effective programme solutions
