Job summary
A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee and manage the planning team. This role involves ensuring effective maintenance workflows, managing spare parts, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in maintenance planning and data handling, contributing to the team's efficiency under pressure.

- Coordinates spare parts management and execution timelines.
- Reports to the Engineering Manager, ensuring workflow stability.

Responsibilities:
- Reports to Engineering Manager and leads the planning team, consisting of the Spare Parts Coordinator, Storekeeper and Maintenance Planner.
- Receives maintenance input from the Maintenance Engineer.
- Feeds execution team with WO's ready to execute.
- Coordinates with procurement to manage spare parts.
- Most important stakeholder is the Planned Maintenance Team Leader as internal customer.
Requirements:
- Ample experience and knowledge of 5S and good workmanship.
- Ample experience in managing maintenance workflow (job lifecycle) management.
- General knowledge and working experience with maintenance planning, preparation and scheduling.
- General knowledge and working experience with supply and inventory management work processes.
- Ability to work effectively with the CMMS and with planning/scheduling software.
- Good reporting and data handling/basic computer skills.
- Good knowledge of workflow management process and masters the gatekeeping principle (can be gatekeeper in absence of planner).
- Ability to work structured and disciplined; set clear (working) priorities in workload and able to keep to agreements and work under pressure/stress (i.e. ensures the planned workflow does not suffer from multiple breakdown interferences.
