Position Title: Manager, Maintenance Operations (Domestic Station)

Senior Manager, Maintenance Operations (Line)
Position Summary:
Restore and maintain the serviceability of aircraft operating into Line Stations in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, in accordance with Company, CAAM, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring contractual obligations under FTM are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective organizational and administrative structure to support MABES functions across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
- Ensure adequate provision, efficient utilization, and proper maintenance of aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, and facilities.
- Prepare annual and supplementary establishment, capital, and operating budgets for Peninsular and East Malaysia.
- Implement and maintain a system for accounting and billing of services and equipment rendered to the MAB fleet, ensuring all contractual engineering obligations are fulfilled.
- Monitor and improve daily performance, servicing, technical handling, routine maintenance, and rectification of company line and customer aircraft in the regions.
- Ensure all staff possess the necessary skills, receive adequate training, and stay updated on latest methods, procedures, and requirements.
- Forecast and recommend manpower, spares, and engineering equipment needs to support line aircraft operations in line with station requirements.
- Report aircraft notifiable defects to the Technical Services, Quality & Safety Department, or relevant manufacturers for advice and corrective action.
- Maintain the upkeep, record administration, and availability of equipment/assets assigned to LM KLIA, Peninsular, and East Malaysia.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in airline engineering, with over 5 years in a leadership role within a Part 145 environment.
