Responsibilities
  • Retail Branding Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive retail branding strategy aligned with the bank's brand identity, vision and business objectives and oversee the design, production, and installation of branch signage, displays, and brand elements.
  • Branch Brand Assets Strategy Management: Develop and implement a strategic plan for managing and optimizing branch brand assets (physical and digital) and oversee the design, production, and installation of branch signage, displays, and brand elements.
  • Conceptual Design Concepts and Illustration: Develop innovative design concepts of modern branch design concepts and experience, translate abstract ideas into concrete design solutions that enhance the customer experience and reinforce modern bank brand identity. Utilize design thinking principles to generate and evaluate design concepts.
  • Design Brief and Strategy Development for ID Designers: Collaborate effectively with Interior Design (ID) designers by translating brand and business vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing branch environments and provide clear design briefs, outlining objectives & project scope, timeline, budget with an inspirational references to guide the design process while ensuring seamless integration of design elements.
  • Conceptual Design Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, includes developing clear narratives, creating visually engaging presentations, and articulating the value proposition of initiatives to secure buy-in and support.
  • Strategic Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop detailed project execution plans and proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks. Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while fostering strong collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
  • Data Analysis, Performance Measurement, and Reporting: Generate comprehensive project reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders for all retail branding initiatives to optimize customer experience
  • Market Insights, Trends, and Competitor Analysis: Proactively analyse retail branding market insights, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, inform business strategies, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Branch and Market Visits: Proactively conduct regular branch and market visits to gather firsthand information, assess operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and foster relationships with branch staff and key stakeholders.
