Qualificações

• Degree in any discipline with related working experience.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in physical logistics in manufacturing environment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Physical logistic tasks of receiving, warehouse and shipping.
• Interact with cross functional team within Plant and Bosch.
• Interact with external parties – Logistics Service Providers, Liners etc.
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Responsible for the physical logistic tasks of receiving, warehousing, and shipping to ensure the quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Responsible for the accuracy of inventory with physical counts and reconciliation.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Manage overall LOM performance results with coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieve financial objectives and prepare annual budget, expenditures, analyze variances and corrective actions.
• Lead and participate actively in Bosch Production System (BPS) related activities.
• Support and prepare management reporting as and when necessary.
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
