To build a quality and brand-building key account network that can generate sales volume to meet assigned targets. The Key Account Manager must also support adidas' vision to become the best sports brand in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop key account sales plans and strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. Ensure alignment with the company vision and direction.
- Provide sales forecasts, drive sales volume, execute and follow up on seasonal order sales or shipping plans, manage accounts receivable, and maintain understanding of product flow and inventory structure. Develop and maintain awareness of micro & macro selling points and ensure the sales team understands these aspects.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key account customers, work closely to maximize growth potential, and explore new market opportunities to extend coverage and maximize sales and profits.
- Provide market intelligence updates, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and recommend necessary actions to the manager.
- Manage key account programs, coordinate with the Brand team on sales development, and oversee trade marketing processes related to retail development. Foster strong relationships with other departments.
- Lead sell-in and sell-through support, monitor order books and supply reliability, facilitate business reviews with customers, and share sell-through information.
- Perform other relevant assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in sports or clothing industry
- Good understanding of P&L
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strategic and critical thinking with good forecasting skills
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with excellent communication skills and impactful presentation abilities
- Advanced numeracy and literacy skills, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
