Job description

We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Infrastructure Manager with proven experience managing enterprise technology environments and leading infrastructure initiatives from solution design, procurement, implementation, and operational support.

The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise across Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, security, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies, while demonstrating the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of:

Designing enterprise infrastructure architectures that align with business growth, security, and operational requirements.

Developing technical solutions, bill of materials (BOM), sizing, capacity planning, and infrastructure roadmaps.

Leading technology procurement activities including vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ preparation, technical assessments, contract negotiations, and budget management.

Managing end-to-end deployment of infrastructure projects across Microsoft 365, networking, security, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Managing multiple vendors, systems integrators, and managed service providers to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.

Establishing infrastructure standards, governance, policies, and best practices to support a secure and resilient IT environment.

Preferred Experience :

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, Security, or IT Operations.

At least 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors.

Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects from design, budgeting, procurement, implementation, testing, and go-live support.

Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and related Microsoft cloud services.)

Routing & Switching (Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent technologies.)

Security Solutions (FortiGate, Barracuda Networks, or equivalent technologies.)

Enterprise Wireless Networks

Windows and/or Linux Server Platforms

VMware and/or Hyper-V Virtualization

SAN, NAS, Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions

Exposure to Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud environments is highly desirable.

Experience supporting multi-site, regional, or enterprise-scale environments with 500+ users preferred.
