• Financial analysis to identify financial trends.
• Managing news flow/narrative to investors/financial community.

• Handling questions and feedback from investors/financial community.
• Producing annual reports, financial statements and proxy statements.
• Organizing road shows, conferences and briefings.

People/ Stakeholder Management

• Working in a complex organization, navigating and influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
• Managing staff's performance and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in managing and presenting to investors/financial community.
• Organization's strategies & financial health and to relate its impact on share price or investor sentiments.
• Macroeconomics, capital market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, customer trends and key metrics for the industry.
• Financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
