Job Description

Lead and manage an Interior Design team and be responsible for the overall design documentation and project implementation of supermarket and shopping mall setups.

Design Management – assist in managing and coordinating the design development of new projects, particularly in Architecture, Interior Design (ID), and block (functional) planning.

Act as a coordinator with external ID Consultants and the merchandising department.

Design of outlet renovations – block planning and Interior Design of outlets.

Attend project sites, inspect site works, and drive the construction team to deliver the actual built product as closely as possible to the intended design.

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Base at Head Office, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent with strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, including at least 5 years of managerial experience leading a team of Interior Designers.
• Computer literate with good command of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D related software is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites for regional projects.
