Your Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining technology infrastructure, ensuring data security, managing digital systems, and supporting business operations through innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Operations
2. Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, servers, hardware, and software.
3. Ensure reliable and secure functioning of IT systems across all business units.
4. Monitor and maintain system performance and uptime.
5. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
6. Identify opportunities for technology upgrades and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
7. Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee website, mobile applications, and digital marketing tools from a technical perspective.

Support & Training

• Develop IT policies and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for system usage.
• Liaise with department heads to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
