Job Title:

Manager I, Physical Security

Job Description

The Manager I, Physical Security is responsible for oversight of several sites within the Physical Security environment, this position manages but not limited to overall Security Audits, Controls, Compliance, asset protection, Financials, Vendor management, Trainings, and Investigations. He/she/they assists for Emergency Planning & Crisis Management.
  • Recommend and suggest different protection strategies to harden all assets deployed onsite and for work at home (WAH) employees
  • Day to day physical security operations aligned with a global standard, policies and procedures
  • Expert in conducting investigations using different techniques and usage of security technology
  • Manage security technology covering multiple sites ensuring uptime of all security equipment devices through consistent preventive maintenance
  • Develop training materials for end users aligned with standards, policies and procedures and services
  • Assist business in raising exceptions as required; conduct assessments to ensure risks associated with the exceptions have been addressed adequately
  • Support Project Management for Physical Security project planning and execution
  • Ensure guards are adequately trained and meet quality specified in the Security Policy, SOP and contract document
  • Security Audits Controls and Compliance (client requirement and/or industry standards) - deep knowledge on creating proactive activities that will address different requirements (corporate, regulatory, client and industry standard
  • Emergency Planning & Crisis Management: Respond to Incidents, Emergencies and Alarms and Manage the Security and Safety Responses
  • Ensure appropriate and timely entry of incidents and reports into Perspective
  • Ensure training and connects for Security staff, Floor Wardens, Security Personnel & New Joiners
  • Conduct onsite and offsite physical security survey and prepare risk assessment report
