An established industry player is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead their HR and administrative functions. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a strong background in HR strategies and practices. You will be instrumental in developing compensation strategies and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. a) Prepare reports and update internal databases with employee information, including attendance, medical leave, and other employee data.
b) Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Create and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
c) Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, confirmation letters, and other necessary correspondence.
d) Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
e) Analyze employee benefits and administer company policies and procedures.
f) Develop and update a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys; analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
g) Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
h) Assist in handling employee queries related to office management and investigate employee issues and conflicts for resolution.
i) Ensure organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
j) Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members.
k) Maintain company organization charts and employee directories.
l) Maintain HR systems and processes.
m) Conduct performance reviews, salary adjustments, and payroll processing.
n) Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
o) Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements
· Over 10 years of experience in the human resources field.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations, with the ability to apply these in compliance with employment laws.
· Ability to foster a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
· Experience analyzing data to inform strategic employment planning.
· Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
