Job description
Job Purpose

Lead and manage the overall human resources & administration services, policies and programmes through strategic planning and collaboration, effective and efficient programmes implementation to realise the vision, mission and objectives of the company.

Job Responsibilities
  1. To formulate, integrate and implement HR plans in line with the operational and business needs.
  2. To identify and recommend continuous improvement interventions and appropriate methods of implementation in order to support HR and its business requirements.
  3. Facilitates communication and interfacing to maintain relationships between various functional units.
  4. Identify manpower needs and establish appropriate programs to ensure continuous supply of talents in line with the Leisure business requirements.
  5. Ensure appropriate resourcing approaches are deployed in attracting the right talents.
  6. Manage the operational aspects of employee career movements such as confirmation of employment, transfers, promotions, resignation, retirements and other relevant staffing matters.
  7. Continuously improve sourcing and staffing programs and processes with the aim of creating best-in-class practices.
  8. Instil a highly dedicated and motivated employee morale to maintain the high standard of service delivery to all KLGCC clients including internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that KLGCC remains sustainable as the employer of choice.
  9. Lead and continuously maintain harmonious employee relations initiatives through consistent improvement interventions in staff welfare and affairs.
  10. Ensure full conformance to the policy and procedures, Limits of Authority (LOA), groupwide policies and government regulations.
  11. Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers in order to keep abreast with latest developments in the relevant markets.
  12. Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the objectives and provisions of the Codes of Business (COBC) and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
  13. Plan, execute and manage financial and budgeting processes to support the business units to achieve their objectives with efficient use of resources.
  14. Manage the implementation of performance management.
  15. Manage KLGCC general administration and assets management via consistent compliance to KLGCC and Sime Darby Property procurement procedures in meeting specific needs by line departments and ensuring continuous supply of consumable items including maintaining KLGCC assets in good condition to avoid disrupting the running of business operations and ensuring efficient staff mobility.

Impact / Accountability

Accountable for end-to-end process of HR & Administration Department related matters in ensuring the sustainability of the business thus playing part as a strategic business partner to the Company.

Requirements

Education/Professional Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, business, or other related discipline.

Professional Experience
  1. Minimum 8 years of working experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills with passion to serve, model behaviour of management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  3. Good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  4. Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and job expectations.
