JOB DESCRIPTION
- Key focal person between company & customer in all HSSE and Sustainability related matters.
- Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
- Managing overall performance of health, safety, and environment within operation.
- Monitoring the public, service provider, third party contractors’ activities and event on health, safety and environment aspects and report for any incident and emergency.
- Assist the superior in managing all vendors (contractors, suppliers, service providers etc.) who transact with the client and monitors all service provider/contractor performance, reporting against contract’s SLAs and KPIs.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date register of all Insurances, licenses, Compliance Certificates and other regulatory requirements and documents for the clients, escalating as appropriate to the superior any forthcoming lapses or non-compliance.
- Conduct schedules HSSE inspections/audits of the facilities with the Site Teams and drives proactive resolutions to ensure the standards are always maintained.
- Assist the superior in managing crisis and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reporting the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required.
- At least 10 years of experience in District/township/facility management HSSE and Sustainability with a minimum degree qualification in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health discipline or Greenbook or Yellowbook.
- Strong operational leadership, enterprising, analytical & creative.
