Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and verify all reimbursements, statutory claims, and ensure they are processed and paid correctly.
  2. Manage and monitor all staff welfare, including medical expenses, GHS, and GPA.
  3. Collaborate closely with HRBP to provide HRA data and/or reports to site management, HODs, and employees regarding HR, HRMS, regulatory, and compliance policies and procedures.
  4. Act as the key contact point for all HRA-related policies and procedures and escalate to HRBP for engagement and training processing and approval.
  5. Performance Management & Compensation Benefit:
  6. Roll out and communicate the standardized top-down sharing of KPI approach to all site management and employees completing annual KPIs.
  7. Digitalization & Automation of HR:
  8. Optimize the features and usage of all post-live HRMS modules; track and measure HR usage of all post-live modules.
  9. Manage poor performers by implementing intervention actions and providing communication and training to HODs on 'Managing Poor Performance.'
  10. Support operational challenges critical to business sustainability, including improving retention rates of critical positions and local workers.
  11. Manpower and Talent Acquisition (TA):
  12. Involve in manpower planning with productions and other support functions to ensure sufficient manpower supply.
  13. Manage and monitor the TA team to meet their KPI of 30 days to offer for Executive and below and 60 days to offer for AM level and above.
  14. Ensure the TA team efficiently and effectively carries out TA policies and procedures in supporting all stakeholders to provide quality candidates.
  15. Execute KOJT and OPL by engaging with site management and GL&D; plan, execute, monitor, track, and measure employee competency.
  16. Execute PEM-SWP by engaging with site management and GL&D; plan, execute, monitor, track, and measure employee competency.
  17. Compliance:
  18. Manage and monitor all compliance documents related to HR, ensuring they are filed accordingly and updated.
  19. Work with site management/direct superior to ensure work task documents comply with compliance policies and procedures for all audits.
  20. Collaborate with site management and SHE to ensure a conducive and safe workplace, ensuring all employees comply with safety requirements and conducting safety audits (zero accidents).
