Position Summary
This role supports the SSC HR Head and team in driving key improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with HQ requirements and enhancing operational efficiency. It focuses on payroll audit and compliance, system automation, and process improvement that optimize service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
Support SSC HR Head and part leads in achieving the key improvement initiatives required by HQ. This includes conducting payroll audit activities in compliance with HQ standards.
Drive operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and leveraging automation to streamline workflow.
Drive HR systems automation or improvement projects, including business requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.
Mitigate operational risks related to HR services by implementing robust controls.
Monitor KPIs for Service Excellence (SR on 4 hours/ 2 days) and prepare monthly KPI report for HR SSC. Act as the point of contact for the HR service request system.
Promote a culture of compliance, innovation, and service excellence within the HR SSC.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
HR Shared Service or BPO experience is preferred.
Good understanding of HR and payroll operations, with proven track records in managing and achieving project milestones.
Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues and identifying new opportunities for improvement.
Effective interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues/problems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Power Query and Power BI is an added advantage.
