Act as the main host for live streaming sessions. Plan and script compelling content flow for each session. Apply sales techniques to drive conversions during live shows. Provide performance reports and recommendations for improvement. Optimize content delivery, timing, and pitching style. Lead, coach, and mentor junior hosts to maintain hosting quality. Develop hosting guidelines, SOPs, and training systems. Monitor and improve host team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main host for live streaming sessions.

• Plan and script compelling content flow for each session.

• Apply sales techniques to drive conversions during live shows.

• Analyze live session metrics: viewership, engagement, conversion, sales.

• Provide performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Optimize content delivery, timing, and pitching style.

• Lead, coach, and mentor junior hosts to maintain hosting quality.

• Develop hosting guidelines, SOPs, and training systems.

• Monitor and improve host team performance.

• Plan live stream schedules, product slots, and host lineups.

• Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and studio teams.

• Ensure readiness of live equipment: lighting, camera, audio, and props.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 year of experience as a live host or presenter.

• Confident and charismatic on camera with strong audience engagement skills.

• Knowledge of sales closing techniques and content marketing.

• Experience in retail or social commerce is a strong advantage.

• Proactive, creative, and able to work well in a team setting.

• Flexible to work evenings/weekends when needed.
