Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analytics to drive health business growth, understand cost drivers, identify opportunities and risk mitigation.
2. Utilize customer insights for solution development and enhance product offerings.
3. Support our health ambition in becoming the most trusted health partner for our customers.
4. Design and build robust analytical models and solutions for actionable insights supporting key strategic decision-making.
5. Deliver business requirements within agreed timelines, ensuring quality controls and customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct deep-dive analytics based on business priorities and identify improvement opportunities.
7. Prepare and present findings to senior management in a logical, concise, and articulate manner.
8. Manage analytics, data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
9. Ensure discipline in documentation of assumptions, observations, and findings.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
11. Liaise with business users, Enterprise Architect, and stakeholders to identify business problems and develop state-of-the-art solutions aligned with business objectives.
12. Lead ad-hoc cross-functional data analytics project, as and when required.
