Manager, System Support (SST)
The System Support Manager (SST) is responsible for holding accountability for the comprehensive management of all activities undertaken by the SST System Support Team. This includes diligently ensuring that all planned projects are not only initiated in a timely manner but are also meticulously implemented while adhering strictly to established budgetary constraints and project timelines.
This role reports to the Head of System Support & Enterprise Business Continuity.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional (job responsibilities)
Implement approved SST projects and enhancement.
Perform gap analysis, prepare user requirements and test scripts covering User Acceptance Testing for all aspects of system requirements.
Ensure that all SST systems and processes comply with the latest regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and controls.
Contact point for other departments and organizations on matters related to SST projects and system support.
Collaborate with IT, internal business partners, and external vendors to identify, understand, implement and support business capabilities.
Planning and budgetary control for implementation of SST projects.
Jobholder Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
Degree in Business and Finance, or Information System Management or in any relevant studies.
Experience/Requirements
3 years and above experience working in recognized services orientated industry preferably with SST system management experience.
3 years and above system analytical skills and management experience
Working proficiency of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
