Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join our team, focusing on the critical support and development of loan applications. This role involves close collaboration with Business Units and IT to gather and analyze user requirements, ensuring the applications meet business needs. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive test plans and scopes for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related tests, as well as providing crucial first-level support and troubleshooting for Loans and CIF applications. The individual will also create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption and efficient system utilization.

This role reports to the Manager of Business IT Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and Business teams to assess and confirm the thoroughness and viability of user requirements.
• Oversee and track User Acceptance Testing and related tests for Loans applications, verifying adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain and update documentation, including User Manuals, for users and the team related to Loans applications.
• Coordinate with users and IT to ensure testing and related tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
• Promote continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing among team members.

Jobholder Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• SPM / STPM / 'A' levels qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant Diploma / Degree in Banking / Accounting / Business Information Systems or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution, especially in credit or branch operations.
• At least 3 years of project planning and execution experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and AS400 Query utility.
• Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent relationship-building skills.
