SCORE EPCC is a Bintulu-based Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) turnkey project management specialist. We are a CIDB Grade 7 company providing comprehensive services to clients setting up and operating factories in Malaysia under the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy.

Job Description:

Lead day-to-day finance and treasury operations & supervise a team of staff.

Finance:

• Accountable for daily financial activities, overseeing accounts payables and receivables, and highlighting key findings to the Senior Manager.
• Prepare and present accounts payables and receivables aging reports; review and improve reporting formats.
• Prepare and review cash flow projections; advise management on key concerns.

Treasury:

• Review RC Gen for payment uploads for M2E; ensure monthly bank reconciliations.
• Review payment and receiving vouchers; ensure correct accounting entries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and ethical practices; prepare statutory accounts accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a disciplined, motivated Finance & Treasury team aligned with our core values.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Prior supervisory experience in the construction and EPCC industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
