* To perform the duty of a Consultant for the Sage X3 suite of modules in the areas of finance, manufacturing, and distribution business processes and practices.

Qualifications & experience required:

* Strong knowledge of finance, manufacturing and distribution business processes and practices.

* At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in Sage X3 as a consultant.

* A self-driven and ambitious individual who can demonstrate the ability to perform tasks with quality and promptly with minimal supervision.

* Develop confidence through interaction with clients and colleagues.

* Earns respect of clients through demonstration of adaptability, tact, commitment, resourcefulness, and proactive communication.

* Acts with integrity and has a track record of excellent problem-solving skills.

* Degree-level education.

* Certification in Sage X3 systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements.

* Continually review the modules and identify areas for improvement.

* Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes.

* Provide an elevated level of consulting and implementation services at client sites.

* Responsible for the optimal setup and training in the products for each client and maximizing consulting revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

* Deliver project-based consulting activities through the entire project lifecycle, on ad-hoc and medium projects.

* Responsible for problem identification, software specification and/or design, implementation, documentation, testing, client training, and solution deployment adhering to Sage's Methodology.

* Create documentation for Sage's modules, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.

* Interact with company and client managers on cost and schedule monitoring.

* Manage financial responsibilities, including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.

* Participate in sales and proposal presentations if required.

* Perform sales activities and achieve targets.

* Achieve defined utilization and revenue goals.

* Identify additional product/service opportunities within the customer's organization.

* After the initial introduction period, work actively in implementation projects from start to finish.

* Work independently with clients, sometimes within a team environment.

* Provide an elevated level of consulting and implementation services at client sites, ensuring optimal setup and training, maximizing revenue, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

* Deliver project-based consulting activities throughout the project lifecycle, including problem identification, software specification, implementation, documentation, testing, training, and deployment, following Sage's methodology.
