You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Manager - Engineering & Security is responsible for ensuring the efficient and economical operation of the Engineering & Security Department to support all other operating departments, providing necessary services to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimal condition.

Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should have a university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Engineering Manager is required. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
