Job Descriptions:
Strategic Planning & Program Development
- Develop and lead comprehensive employee wellness strategies that address mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
- Integrate wellness and mental health components into the broader HR and people agenda.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners design impactful programs. Wellness Program Management.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of wellness initiatives, including workshops, campaigns, webinars, and health screenings.
- Develop annual wellness calendars and budgets in alignment with business priorities.
- Regularly review and improve programs based on employee feedback and emerging trends. Employee Support & Advocacy.
- Promote mental health awareness and foster a culture of openness, inclusion, and psychological safety.
- Act as a liaison with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and other mental health resources.
- Provide guidance to managers on how to support team members facing wellbeing challenges. Measurement & Reporting.
- Design and administer wellbeing surveys and assessments to gauge organizational health and employee sentiment.
- Monitor and report on program KPIs, participation rates, and impact.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. Policy & Governance.
- Review and enhance wellness-related policies to ensure alignment with local regulations and best practices.
- Champion inclusion of mental health provisions in HR policies, onboarding, and benefits programs.
- Lead response planning and support in employee crisis or critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or corporate wellness, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or specialist role.
- Experience in mental health program management, EAP coordination, or organizational development is an added advantage.
