Manager, Electrical & Instrument

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the electrical and instrument systems in the plant
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Developing project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations, and documents, procuring and managing equipment, materials, and services
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshooting technical, problems; providing technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; preparing reports and proposals; as well as implementing policies, procedures, and regulations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Supervise and train a team of electrical and instrument technicians
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrument system issues
  
  
  

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant electrical and instrument systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and equipment
• Proven experience as electrical and instrumentation manager or another managerial role
• Have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering as well as managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
