Oversee and manage the electrical and instrument systems in the plant
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Developing project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets
Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations, and documents, procuring and managing equipment, materials, and services
Conducting site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshooting technical, problems; providing technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; preparing reports and proposals; as well as implementing policies, procedures, and regulations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Supervise and train a team of electrical and instrument technicians
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrument system issues
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in plant electrical and instrument systems
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and equipment
Proven experience as electrical and instrumentation manager or another managerial role
Have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering as well as managerial and leadership skills
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
