Job description

Manage the digitalization program office. Lead digitalization and automation initiatives. Oversee the implementation of solutions that align with business goals. Function as a business analyst, collaborating with stakeholders and solution teams.

In your new role you will:

• Develop strategy and roadmap: oversee the planning and implementation of automation initiatives to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Define systematic frameworks for the sustenance of digitalization and automation solutions.
• Drive the evaluation and selection of digitalization and automation tools that align with business requirements and promote efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and implement innovative advanced end-to-end automation solutions to ensure seamless integration between the systems. Drive the evaluation and selection that align with business requirements and enhance productivity and quality leveraging data analytics/data science.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digitalization and automation requirements and opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and define harmonized digitalization and automation requirements across BE QM.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and implement digitalization and automation solutions, utilizing technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and workflow automation tools.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or relevant manufacturing environment, working on digitalization and automation programs/projects.
• Relevant degree/Master/PhD in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related field/experience.
• Applied knowledge in statistical data analysis, data mining/scripting (e.g., Python) with a good understanding of manufacturing engineering processes, methods, and analytical tools.
• Applied experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Deep Learning projects and applications.
• Strong business understanding and experience in business architecture, process, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and automation technologies, such as RPA, AI, ML, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify digitalization and automation opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.
• Knowledge and skills in Project Management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and FI or IT stakeholders.
