About the job: Manager, Digital Transformation
JOB PURPOSE
Primary
- Manage and drive multiple digital transformation projects from end to end, including project definition, success milestones & measures, finance, tender, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth progress and delivery.
- Define digital technology roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders and partners.
Secondary
- Participate in data infrastructure setup, assist in administering new data infrastructure, models, and datasets following data governance standards.
- Act as assistant data custodian for specific modules, ensuring accurate website data collection and ingestion, and become proficient with its applications.
- Serve as a Data Steward for the organization’s data.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for new digital initiatives.
JOB CONTENT
1) Digital Transformation Project Management (70%)
- Assist in defining projects, success measures, and timelines.
- Evaluate project finances, IRR, and ROIC.
- Engage and evaluate vendors; manage tender processes.
- Identify, engage, and manage participants through an Agile process.
- Communicate and resolve issues between requestors and implementers.
2) Data Stewardship (15%)
- Participate in setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules.
- Manage Salesforce data, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
3) Data Custodian (15%)
- Assist in setting up and maintaining website data tracking, collection, and ingestion.
- Learn and manage customer segmentation, journey building, and channel regulation within Marketing Cloud.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Agile certification and MBA are advantages.
- 7-10 years in digital/technology project management, digital marketing, database administration, or related fields.
- Understanding of Big Data lifecycle and tools.
COMPETENCIES
- Technical: Salesforce, SQL, Relational Database, ETL, PMP, Agile, Business Analysis.
- Leadership: Strong communication, project management, multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, team orientation.
