Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining design standards, manuals, and best practices to ensure alignment across projects

Maintain design archives, benchmarking data, and audit records, support documentation for post-mortem reviews and design evaluations.

Conduct desktop studies on design trends, materials, technologies, and competitor products to inform future design strategies.

Coordinate and compile feedback for functional design reviews, including compliance checks and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in creating and maintaining standardized templates (e.g., design briefs, presentation formats, test fit templates) for use across the department.

Collaborate with internal departments to support integration of non-project-specific design insights and requirements.

Prepare internal reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards related to design performance, audit findings, or design quality tracking.

Support internal D&P initiatives such as workshops, design clinics, exhibitions, and site visits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.

4–6 years of experience in architectural design, planning, or functional design governance.

Strong research, documentation, and coordination skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple internal tasks.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in design standardization, innovation, and internal capability building.
