Job description

Work closely with PMD, Manufacturing, and PMO to align sales strategies with AMP targets.

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and overseeing stock replenishment to ensure market needs are met.

Prepare monthly vehicle orders based on dealership bookings and special requirements such as SPANCO and fleet requests.

Liaise with State Offices and dealerships on stock ordering and closely monitor stock movement.

Plan and coordinate vehicle shipments to East Malaysia, ensuring alignment with production schedules and sales objectives.

Oversee new model launch readiness, including setting pricing, finalizing color line-up, and activating national booking systems.

Collaborate with PMD and SCM to develop launch strategies, covering variant planning, target markets, and pricing.

Develop and present Daily Production Assurance reports to Top Management.

Contribute to tactical sales planning efforts to improve stock turnover and support timely vehicle registrations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

Effective interpersonal abilities.

Basic knowledge of data analysis.
