Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead client engagements, strengthen security capabilities, and drive growth in our Cybersecurity practice. You will manage teams, budgets and timelines while advising senior stakeholders on risk and remediation strategies.

You'll develop client solutions, contribute to go-to-market initiatives and coach junior staff, delivering across cyber strategy, governance, cloud security, incident response and data protection.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or OSCP are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity, information security or technology risk experience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity engagements, projects and teams, preferably in consulting, professional services or a complex industry environment.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development and client presentations.
• Strong expertise in at least one cybersecurity domain, with knowledge of recognised frameworks such as NIST and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or OSCP are advantageous.
• Strong client management, communication, commercial and problem-solving skills.
