We’re looking for a driven and strategic Manager of CRM and Digital Operations to be part of our Global Marketing team in the Aviation industry.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead initiatives to boost customer engagement, optimize our digital platforms, and turn data into powerful insights that drive direct conversions, increase customer lifetime value, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Execution: Manage CRM tools, ensuring smooth integration with marketing automation and analytics systems. Lead customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized communication aligned with business and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Digital Operations: Oversee daily operations of digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, email marketing). Implement SEO, UX/UI, and mobile best practices to boost discoverability and user experience. Manage CMS for timely, brand-aligned content updates. Partner with Digital Solutions and Payments teams to ensure seamless, secure digital transactions. Collaborate with IT, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance platform performance, optimize user experience, and ensure content relevance. Track digital KPIs, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities to drive online direct revenue.
  • Data and Analytics: Use data insights to guide CRM and digital strategies. Build dashboards to monitor campaigns, user behavior, and conversions. Ensure full compliance with data protection standards and industry trends.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Align CRM and digital strategies with overall marketing and business goals through cross-functional collaboration. Manage external vendor relationships for timely and effective delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM and digital team. Promote continuous learning and drive adoption of industry best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe, Braze) and digital marketing platforms.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
