Job description

Manager, Credit Administration (Corporate)

Management of the credit administration, which provides administration services to Kenanga Investment Bank's Corporate Loans/Financing portfolio.

Participate in any initiatives in Group Credit Management as required.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Administration Management
  • Timely clearance of letters of offer.
  • Ensure loan disbursements are made accurately, timely, and upon completion of documentation and conditions precedents.
  • Supervise the credit administration functions, including post-disbursement management of accounts and security documentation.
  • Oversee credit administration systems requirements, enhancements, and implementation when needed.
  • Manage credit administration support for KIBB’s Corporate Loan/Financing, ensuring effective administration including security documentation, pre-disbursement checks, disbursement process, and post-disbursement monitoring.
CCRIS and Regulatory Management
  • Lead and supervise the team on CCRIS and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Manage the Bank's CCRIS systems and requirements as mandated by Bank Negara Malaysia.
Job Requirements
  • Certified Credit Professional.
  • At least 10 years of credit administration experience in corporate, commercial, or consumer loans.
  • At least 5 years of experience with security documentation.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory and managerial experience.
