About The Department
Job Responsibilities
  1. Support and implement strategies to promote sustainable business growth, collaborating with various functions across the bank.
  2. Develop and execute sustainable strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
  3. Collaborate with different departments.
  4. Identify and partner with like-minded organizations in the ESG field.
  5. Provide advice and guidance on ESG-related policies, incentives, and interventions in Malaysia.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on the evolving ESG landscape.
Job Requirements
  1. Recognized university degree with experience in strategy and/or execution. Familiarity with sustainability standards, disclosures, and ESG best practices is a plus.
  2. Ability to work consultatively with multiple teams and engage stakeholders at all levels to design, build, evaluate, support, and improve programs and initiatives.
  3. Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in an ambiguous environment.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  5. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
