Your new company

With a history spanning over decades, our client has grown into a prominent publicly traded company with a diverse range of business interests. As they continue to expand their presence in the region, they are undergoing a rebranding effort to establish themselves as a multinational corporation.


Your new role

You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team to perform corporate secretarial duties, including drafting minutes and attending committee meetings. You will also manage the profiles of the company’s subsidiaries, draft Bursa Malaysia and other financial announcements, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.


What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in managing corporate secretarial portfolios of public-listed companies will contribute to your success, as will:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate secretarial work
  2. MAICSA certification
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. The ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
