Support and drive the formulation, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and corporate plans for MBSB Bank. Ensure all strategic activities align with the bank’s long-term vision and business objectives, supported by data insights, collaborative planning, and performance tracking across functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Development

Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Planning and Chief Strategy Officer to develop and implement the bank’s strategic planning framework.

Prepare strategic plans, long-term roadmaps, and tactical action plans aligned with the bank’s priorities.

Support annual strategy cycles, planning sessions, and workshops.

Market and Industry Analysis

Conduct research on market trends, economic outlook, and industry developments.

Identify opportunities and risks affecting the bank's growth and transformation.

Strategy Execution and Monitoring

Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and KPIs.

Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and board reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment

Work with management to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

Coordinate across business units to align execution with strategic goals.

Communication and Reporting

Create strategy reports, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders.

Advise senior leaders on business proposals and developments.
