ECRL OPERATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Planning Manager in Kuala Lumpur to shape long-term strategy, oversee business plans, and coordinate across units.
You will drive market intelligence, perform financial modelling, monitor KPIs, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable growth in transport and logistics.
Requires 8–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields; a Master's is an advantage.
Develop corporate and departmental business plans by applying strategic planning and analytical expertise to align objectives with EOSB's long-term vision and goals.
Conduct market intelligence and industrial benchmarking by applying research and data analysis skills to anticipate trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate organizational performance against KPIs, preparing comprehensive management reports by leveraging data analysis and reporting tools to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental planning initiatives by applying organizational and communication skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across business units.
Support investment planning, capital budgeting and resource allocation planning by applying financial modelling and business case development expertise to optimize project returns, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Liaise with the CEO and Head of Department on strategic initiatives by applying stakeholder management and presentation skills to influence decisions at senior levels.
Qualifications& Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)
8-10 years of experience in corporate planning, marketing strategy, business analysis, or management consulting
Knowledge of strategic marketing planning, business development, and performance monitoring
Experience in transportation, logistics, or railway industry is highly preferred
Proven track record in corporate planning or strategic marketing within transportation, logistics, or railway sectors
