Job Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations activities.
Establish customer rapport and improve service levels through regular meetings focused on service improvement.
Resolve all service level issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain performance measurement (KPIs) for both customer and internal activities to meet SLA and customer expectations.
Ensure continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions for operational issues.
Ensure Logistics Manager and Shift Manager perform their roles and responsibilities as outlined in their job descriptions.
Ensure SOP compliance for all internal and external processes.
Ensure warehouse operations and staff comply with company policies (safety, quality, etc.).
Submit management reports and attend management meetings.
Conduct Gemba walks on the warehouse floor to support continuous improvement efforts.
Lead governance, reporting, and review frameworks to provide a comprehensive view of all operational integration project activities.
Carry out any assignments given by the Superior.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including supervisory or managerial roles.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Warehouse functions and layout.
International logistics, transport, customs, or trade operations.
Good analytical skills in costing, profit & loss (P&L), and data analysis related to processes and systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Self-starter with a proven track record of high performance without the need for close supervision.
Proven experience in leading effective teams and working collaboratively with core and cross-functional teams in a matrix-managed environment.
Able to focus on key deliverables and prioritize tasks to achieve results.
