Preparation of feasibility studyand securing budget approvals.

Establish scope of tender, implement procurement strategies & procedure for the execute of the project.

Pre-contract works including cost analysis from various suppliers and vendors.

To analyse and assess related costs to project feasibility.

Reviewing of material specification.

Procure or agree the services of contractors and / or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.

Conduct pre-qualification tender process

Review Contract Documentations.

Conduct tender process and obtain approval for final award.

Issuance of Letter of Award

Recommendation of monthly Interim Certificate Payment.

Keep track project construction cost.

Attend necessary CCM, site meetings, departmental meetings.

Resolve any outstanding claim issues on variations orders and final accounts.

Construction and management of costs and budgets of company’s project.

Plan, organize, monitor, and lead and guide QS team on all aspects of QS works.

Requirements:

To undertake any and all other duties & responsibilities as so instructed by the Head of Supply Chain Management Department.

Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.

Collect and manage construction data to facilitate update of database for reference.

Establish database for cost, material & supply sources.

Select and / or source construction materials.
