Business Planning & Strategy
Drive, plan, and lead the overall business direction for concourse events and activations to achieve targeted budgets and KPIs.
Stakeholder & Landlord Management
Manage negotiations with mall landlords and external partners; maintain strong professional relationships to secure prime event spaces.
Ensure all site approvals are obtained on time and meet the company’s location and timing criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and coordinate discussions with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, and Design teams) and external suppliers for seamless event execution.
Review and sign contracts with malls and vendors.
Review event quotations and secure necessary internal approvals (e.g., EDC).
Track event P&L and ensure overall profitability.
Event Execution & Support
Prepare selling kits and onboard suppliers effectively.
Brief the design team on event layouts and conduct sanity checks.
Review the order list (OL) and product allocation lists.
Lead marketing communications and promotional planning for events.
Conduct pre-event briefings with suppliers and store teams.
Provide on-ground support during events and conduct regular site visits.
Post-Event Management
Oversee post-event stocktake and ensure timely inventory reconciliation and reporting.
Admin & Finance:
Manage backdated income tracking and ensure timely submission and follow-up of EDC (Event Development Cost) claims.
Do you have experience in Concourse?
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or retail operations, preferably in concourse/atrium activations.
Strong in event planning, vendor negotiation, and mall liaison.
Proven leadership, collaboration, and coordination skills.
High level of confidentiality in handling contracts, documentation, and P&L.
Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented in execution.
