Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
- Sales & marketing of deposits and FOREX; meet financial and investment needs of SME segments
- Actively drive for deposits from existing bank clients & new clients, identify business opportunities, and ensure targets are met
- Monitor and execute action plans to achieve overall deposits targets
- Promote cash management solutions to business clients in the SME segments
- Build pipelines through calls/prospecting potential cash management clients to achieve closures/mandated deals
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional sales events
Client Management
- Perform cash management solutions presentations based on clients' needs
- Prepare proposals and tailor cash management solutions accordingly
- Ensure high standards of customer service in line with the bank’s quality and standards
People Management
- Support business partners in joint marketing calls and cross-selling/up-selling cash management solutions
Collaboration
- Work closely with business partners for customer referrals, conduct training to deepen product knowledge, and enhance client relationships across SME, Transaction Banking, and A@work
Compliance
- Ensure completeness of documentation for account opening and setup, and compliance with bank policies and procedures
Market/Client Update
- Gather market intelligence, establish networks, and update competitor offering databases
Understand & Act
- Collect feedback on product requirements or issues for the Product & Distribution team
