What will you do?

Strategy Implementation

  • Contribute to defining the entity strategy of your business line.
  • Set goals within your scope of responsibility aligned with company strategy and identify necessary means and resources.

Human Resources Management

  • Manage and coordinate with multiple contributors and/or a large or complex team or stakeholders (e.g., experts, multicultural, multi-country, multidisciplinary resources).
  • Ensure resources (skills, equipment, etc.) are adequate and aligned with organizational and activity needs.

Activity Management

  • Organize your activity and distribute roles & responsibilities.
  • Establish procedures and KPIs to monitor activity; ensure reporting processes and tools meet reporting needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Propose new ideas and projects to improve performance or address new business challenges.
  • Promote ongoing review of process chains and prioritize process optimization proposals.

Ethics, Compliance, and CSR

  • Contribute to defining and implementing compliance policies in accordance with legal standards, internal policies, Crédit Agricole Group ethics rules, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure stakeholders perform required controls to comply with regulations and mitigate risks.
