Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and analytically driven professional with 6–9 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, ESG integration, enterprise risk management, and financial planning. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to translate corporate strategy into measurable outcomes through effective business planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to the development and execution of annual business plans, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, financial objectives, and sustainability goals.
  • Support enterprise-wide budgeting cycles, ensuring financial discipline and scenario-based planning.
  • Prepare robust financial models, forecasts, and board-level reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct commercial evaluations, including feasibility studies, pricing strategy formulation, and investment analysis.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise risk frameworks, including the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to track and report on strategic initiative progress and organizational performance.
  • Support ESG integration by aligning environmental, social, and governance priorities with operational and reporting standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, or enterprise risk in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business plans, financial models, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of investment evaluation principles.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, sustainability metrics, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise risk management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
