Key Responsibilities:
Functional
  • Lead regional Community Deposit Specialist (CDS) to achieve business objectives and foster ongoing development among team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients from HLB@Work, HLB@School to drive new account openings and CASA balances (PFS and BCB).
  • Collaborate with RCGM/BM/CSOM and other stakeholders to structure and deliver regional acquisition goals.
  • Provide reports from HQ, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, new sign-ups, payroll, roadshows, schools, and onboarding status.
  • Plan and schedule regional sales activities to meet sales targets and customer product offerings.
  • Drive deposit growth (CASA) to meet the regional financial year targets.
  • Follow up on sales activities to ensure timely closure and account opening.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for team members (weekly/monthly).
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with guidelines and regulations.
Managerial
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a unified customer experience.
  • Create an achievement-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure team compliance with the sales code of ethics.
Organizational
  • Prioritize long-term interests of ETC customers and HLB.
  • Continuously improve business processes to build brand awareness and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all sales proposals within scope.
Education/Qualifications
  • Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant experience in financial institutions or related fields.
  • Experience in customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, or sales.
