Looking for a career that allows you to take ownership of your work?

This is a vital role for the planning and execution of companywide brand and marketing strategies, brand management, and marketing of consumer campaigns that are aligned with our business objectives. You will work alongside multiple stakeholders to manage initiatives to drive brand and customer growth.

You'll be responsible for:
  1. Manage the ideation and conceptualization of marketing and activation strategies for consumer and brand campaigns to support sales and customer growth.
  2. Manage and execute 360-degree marketing and brand activation from planning, execution, and reporting.
  3. Create targeted campaigns with content suited to the unique needs of target segments.
  4. Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Support the Chief Market Management Officer (CMMO) Office on selected special/corporate projects and execute project management for Growth and Customer Centricity agenda.
  6. Manage collaboration and relationships with key partners across diverse industries to create synergistic brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  7. Responsible for obtaining and studying market information, identifying competitive movement, and developing measures to overcome competitive threats.
  8. Identify partnership opportunities and work across departments to create activities that optimize brand exposure and foster community loyalty.
  9. Liaise and manage the CMMO Office for industry-related matters.
  10. Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, compliance, and guidelines requirements (internal & external).
  11. Leverage ChatGPT for market research, customer feedback analysis, and product ideation.
Important to your success:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy and activation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset to derive insights from data and campaign reports.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent brand standards.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
