As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of our bingsu store and ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service. You will lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent hospitality while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and shift scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee and specialty drinks) with strong barista skills, ensuring consistency in taste and quality
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Drive sales performance and suggest improvements for growth
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Barista

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks for our bingsu café. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining consistency and quality in every beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks according to standard recipes
• Serve drinks and desserts to customers promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and barista station
• Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring
• Provide friendly, attentive service and handle customer inquiries
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience preferred but not mandatory

• Assist in portioning, plating, and presentation
