Job description

Manager, Auto Finance

Salary: RM7,000

Salary Range: RM5,000 to RM7,000 + Bonus (this role is bonus based, no commission)

*This role cover Penang Island, Prai and Kulim

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead and drive a sales team of 5 to 7 members to achieve targets and company goals.
• Provide motivation, guidance, and leadership to the sales team
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, ensuring the sales team meets targets.
• To sell and promote company financing products.
• Attend to Sales Advisor and walk in customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction in internal and external.
• To perfect loan submissions and documentation for approvals.
• To participate in roadshows during weekends and conduct site visits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum diploma/degree holder.
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in any related industry.
• Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, self-driven and with strong sense of urgency
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
• Must have own transport.
• Must be willing to travel around Penang, Prai and Kulim
