Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with external and internal project stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and monitor workflow processes.
Track productivity to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure the team consistently provides high-quality service by meeting SLAs.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.
Update the team regularly on performance goals and achievements.
