Qualifications

Job description

Manager / Assistant Manager, ePension Operations (HK Support)

Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.

Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.

Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate with external and internal project stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and monitor workflow processes.

Track productivity to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ensure the team consistently provides high-quality service by meeting SLAs.

Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.

Update the team regularly on performance goals and achievements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Minimum 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
  • Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays following Hong Kong schedule.
  • 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturday (half day).
  • 100% in-office work with shift arrangements.
