Manager/ Assistant Manager, Compliance & Audit

To monitor and verify that procurement activities comply with the Group's procurement policies, procedures and systems.

Conduct internal audit reviews to identify control weaknesses within procurement activities.

Provide professional advice on procurement processes, systems and business activities.

Actively participate as a member of the tender committee, ensuring fairness, transparency and compliance in tender evaluations and decision making.

Develop and execute supplier audit plans, assessing suppliers on site based on their quality management systems, qualifications, environmental practices, labor rights, etc.

Investigate complaints, anomalies, or suspected violations involving procurement staff or suppliers, document findings and provide recommendations.

Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and risk mitigation actions.

Continuously improve the procurement internal control system to enhance risk detection, prevention and early warning capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or any related field.

At least 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance or in procurement operations auditing, with strong knowledge of procurement workflows, risk management, tendering regulations and supplier governance.

Professional certification such as CIA, CFE, CPP or equivalent.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and drive issue resolution independently.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under high pressure situations. A team player with strong critical thinking abilities.

Willingness to travel/relocate to China is an advantage.
