Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate Sector)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in the real estate industry. Fewer than 15 applicants so your chances are good!

  1. Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  4. Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Independent, result-oriented, and aggressive in sales generation.

  14. Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and stakeholders.
  15. Understand and communicate the company's projects effectively.
  16. Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the sales team.
  17. Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
  18. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor trends to identify new opportunities.
  19. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments on campaigns and strategies.
  20. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.
