Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate Sector)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in the real estate industry. Fewer than 15 applicants so your chances are good!
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Independent, result-oriented, and aggressive in sales generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and a team player.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and motivating a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue, expand customer base, and foster client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and stakeholders.
- Understand and communicate the company's projects effectively.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the sales team.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments on campaigns and strategies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.
