Great Eastern is seeking a data analytics champion to support GELM Agency planning and performance management. You will analyze agency sales trends, prepare management reports, and deliver insights to drive improvements across planning cycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of experience, with strong Excel/Word skills, data-structure understanding, and clear communication. You will collaborate with management to optimize sales contests and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and report agency performance, trends, and statistics.
• Prepare and present management reports and reviews (Monthly SMT, planning monitors).
• Identify opportunities with stakeholders to improve planning and management.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely implementation of initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning and sales contest analytics.
• Support decision making with data-driven insights.

Support GELM Agency business and goals by managing agency information, such as sales, contest and recruitment that are essential in driving agency performance.

Contents Planning & Data Analytics

• Handle analytical and planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
• Assist and work closely with management on business reviews and periodic reports. Identify opportunity and area of improvement for future strategic planning and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely provision of analyses, reports and presentations of management reporting, e.g. Monthly SMT meetings, Business Planning monitoring reports, etc.
• Provide regular insights and highlights sales trend to support agency performance management.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by ensuring smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives in timely manner.
• Participate in business initiatives/ projects as required. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Annual Business Plan, identify and understand key business drivers by providing insights to Agency Divisional Heads.
• Identify opportunities and analysing sales trends by working closely with relevant stakeholders to plan, formulate and launch agency sales contests to drive sales and recruitment.
• Ensure accuracy with strategic thinking in planning, analysis and recommendation of sales contests.
• Timely management of overall sales contest development, execution and post implementation review. Proactive in follow up and follow through to ensure meeting deliverable deadlines.
• Manage Agency Related Expenses to ensure proper planning, tracking and implementation.

• A Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably 6 – 8 years of working experience in a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Good understanding of data structure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation of analysis via trend charts.
